This fun and educational set comes with a Bob the Builder action figure, play bricks, play cement and other building tools. There are instructions that show you how to build walls and other structures but the beauty is in the fact that the bricks can be used over and over again. The play cement is not so reusable as it does really stick the bricks together to make a firm structure. The cement powder is mixed with water to the right consistency and is then spread onto the bricks with the included builders trowel. To reuse the bricks you just soak your finished structure in water until the play cement dissolves. Luckily you can buy extra packets of cement separately.
