Review of My Shed Plans – Free Woodworking Course
Not being the type of guy that is a whiz at repairs, I was thinking that maybe I would be better at a start from scratch project. Although my wife and kids weren't quite as confident as I was, they were still supportive and full of encouragement.
I really did need a new garden shed. I just didn't want the same as what everyone else had. I like things to be a bit different and unique, figuring it would add some character to the house. Now, never having built anything before, I figured I would start with seeing what the web had to offer, by way of how to get started. I came across this advertisement titled "My Shed Plans Elite". What actually caught my eye was this really neat picture of a garden shed along side the title.
What I Liked About It
I knew no matter what, I would need some type of plan. I liked the fact that this advertisement wasn't intimidating, by way of throwing all kinds of complex blueprints at me right away. Also it was written by a named Ryan Henderson from Fort Worth Texas. He had a really pleasant picture of himself on the site. I was impressed that he looked just like an ordinary guy just like myself. Not a fancy carpenter surrounded in all types of high powered tools. Next he identified with the beginners.
Well that's where I fit in, so I knew to carry on to see what Ryan had to offer. Ryan was offering plans that had already been proven. Plus the comfort of having a step by step guide. I knew that if I could just tackle this project step by step, I would be fine. In addition there was the blueprint that I didn't have to be an engineer to read. There were lots of testimonies of people that had followed Ryan's program and seemed incredibly happy with their results.
What I didn't Like About It
With Ryan's package he was offering tons of bonus plans. There were so many it was almost overwhelming. I was a bit concerned ,that if there was so much information in his package, then would the part that I was interested in be as detailed as I personally would need.
Conclusion
Once I saw a sample of the drawings I was sold on Ryan's Program. I mean you just couldn't get any plainer instructions then that. Now after using his plans to build my garden shed ,I am on my third project working from some of the other plans that were included in the program. Incidentally, my family was extremely impressed with the new garden shed. To the point where they have all put their orders in for they want me to build for them. So I guess that speaks for itself!
