Nintendo DS Lite Review

This past Christmas, I bought our daughter a Nintendo DS Lite. She just had to have one and would not settle for anything less. With the DS Lite, you get some of the most interesting games for play and once your child starts playing a game, they'll likely be at it for quite some time.

Out of the many colors offered, my daughter wanted the Coral pink Nintendo DS Lite. None of her friends had this color and she wanted to be the first in her school to have one.

You will find the Nintendo DS Lite to have many interesting features, some of which will completely wow you. It has touch-screen technology by which using the device and playing games in it, becomes a truly different experience.

One feature that I really like about the Nintendo is that you are not limited to just the games that come with the device. Hopefully one of these days they'll upgrade this feature, but if not, it's still a great benefit to have with such a small gaming device.

After the unit is fully charged, you can get quite a bit of gaming from it. How long depends on the game of course, but our daughter has played it as long as 17 hours before it needed recharged. That's pretty good for any gaming device!

Although I had a few coupons from some name brand retailers, the best deals I found on these gaming consoles was from Ebay. Yes, these were brand new Nintendo DS Lites and yes they came with a warranty. Retailers will try and tell you different, because they're losing out on sales, but you can get new units with warranty a lot cheaper on Ebay than you can some store with a target on it or at some store that says it has the best buys.

If you want to take advantage of after Christmas bargains, now would be the time to get a Nintendo DS Lite before the prices go back up. With the Nintendo DS Lite in your hands, you an enjoy hours of thrilling and exciting play. This is the best device for kids who love to play with gaming devices at home and buying it for them, would of course make you the most wonderful parents in the World in their eyes.
